Founder Brings Deep Franchise Expertise to New Firm:
McElroy’s practical and formal credentials include more than a decade of executive leadership roles at Lift Brands spanning development, operations, strategic relationships, human resources and legal. She holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA from the University of Notre Dame. McElroy was recognized as one of the Top 100 Influential Women inFranchising in 2020 by industry trade publication Global Franchise. She is also a Certified Franchise Executive and a frequent speaker and author on franchising.
McElroy views franchising as a powerful platform for transformative growth on a national and global scale.
“During my tenure at Lift Brands, we grew Snap Fitness to over 1,000 locations in twenty countries, a scale achieved by only a small percentage of franchisors,” said McElroy, who was an early employee of the company and ultimately served as President, International and CLO of the multi-brand parent company Lift Brands. “Less than one in five franchisors reaches 100 locations and, in my experience, many of the impediments to growth are traced to decisions made in the earliest phases of franchising.”
